Barbas rooms shaped around fire

Project at a glance

  • The task. Develop a cohesive visual world for Barbas in collaboration with tête de la course. The scope covered virtual interiors, product images on neutral backgrounds, detail renderings and animation for a scrolling product story.
  • The purpose. Present fireplaces and stoves as part of the architecture around them. Product variants, material details and lighting share one consistent visual language across the website, print and social media.
  • The benefits. The existing 3D scenes provide a basis for different viewpoints, product variants and lighting conditions. Animation adds to the still images by revealing construction and the transitions between variants.

From brand concept to finished imagery

We developed this project from sketches and mood boards through to finished imagery — designing virtual interiors, digitizing materials, and producing product images, detail views, wireframes and animation. The assets appear on barbas.com and serve as a starting point for further campaign and social imagery.

Letting the fireplace's lines shape the room

Clear geometry, restrained colors and coordinated materials define the imagery for Barbas. We design the interiors and lighting to reveal the fireplace's form — its joints, frame and reflections in the glass — so product and architecture share one visual language.

Gas flames and wood embers in CGI

We developed distinct flame patterns for the fireplace and stove ranges: defined contours for gas, glowing embers and sparks for wood. Light, color and reflections are adjusted to each model and camera angle, including how fire interacts visually with glass and the surrounding surfaces.

A scrolling sequence, wireframe to fireplace

As the viewer scrolls, a wireframe model becomes a photorealistic fireplace. The scene shifts from day to night, product variants appear, and an exploded view reveals the construction before the components come back together — connecting technical detail with the interiors we built for the brand.
